Football Outsiders Almanac 2013
Football Outsiders :: Available July 2013
The college football portion of our annual Football Outsiders book includes complete projected rankings and win expectation tables for every FBS team, chapters covering each of the AQ conferences and the best of the non-AQ teams, plus detailed introductions to all of our play-by-play and drive-based stats. The F/+ projections for 2013 are a combination of my FEI ratings and Bill Connelly's S&P+ ratings, and are a function of recent performance efficiency, recruiting success, talent lost to the draft, returning starters and more. Team capsules were written by Matt Hinton, Bill Connelly, and myself.

In The Huddle 2013 :: Notre Dame
Lindy's Sports :: Available July 2013
The Irish defense in 2012 was the best it has been in two decades, giving up only 12.8 points per game (2nd fewest nationally) and allowing touchdowns on only 34 percent of opponent red zone trips. Can it possibly be even stronger this fall? I take a look at five key defensive measures that have plenty of room for improvement, and the key factors that will determine if Notre Dame can make another run at a BCS bowl appearance. I also designed a two-page graphic summary of the Irish season, possession-by-possession.

In The Huddle 2013 :: Stat Graphics
Lindy's Sports :: Available July 2013
I designed stat graphics for eight units per team - quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, offensive line, defensive line, linebackers, secondary, and special teams. The graphics appear in the preview issues for Notre Dame, Alabama, Texas, Michigan, and Ohio State.

This e-book was produced independently by a team of Penn State bloggers. I designed and contributed a graphic illustrating the frustrating performance of the Penn State field goal team which ranked 111th in 2012 in field goal efficiency.

Program FEI Graphics
Program FEI is five-year efficiency data weighted for more recent results. PFEI correlates more strongly with next-year FEI than any other baseline metric I have tested, and it is one of the primary factors included in my annual FEI projections. PFEI graphcs included 25-year program history and small-multiple comparisons with each team's 2013 FBS opponents.
